ULTRASOUND THERAPY
A non-invasive treatment that uses high-frequency sound waves to stimulate tissue healing, reduce inflammation, and soften scar tissue. Ultrasound therapy is widely used in physiotherapy and aesthetic care for its ability to reach deep layers of muscle, fascia, and connective tissue without discomfort.
How it works:
A handheld device emits sound waves (typically 1–3 MHz) that penetrate the skin and create gentle vibrations within the tissues. These micro-vibrations improve circulation, accelerate cellular repair, and promote collagen remodeling — making it ideal for both rehabilitation and cosmetic support.
Therapeutic Applications
- Softens scar tissue and adhesions
- Reduces inflammation and swelling
- Relieves muscle and joint pain
- Supports post-operative recovery
- Enhances tissue regeneration and oxygenation
Aesthetic & Facial Benefits
- Improves skin texture and elasticity
- Supports acne and scar treatment
- Stimulates collagen production
- Combines well with Kobido massage, HF therapy, or galvanization
Energetic & Manual Integration
- Prepares tissues for manual therapy
- Enhances lymphatic flow and detoxification
- May be used in Facial & Kobido, Massage & Manual, and Physical & Energetic categories
Session format:
Ultrasound therapy is applied with a conductive gel and adjusted to your comfort level. Sessions typically last 10–20 minutes and may be combined with other modalities for enhanced results.
